Mark is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter with over 14 years of residential construction experience. Mark is keenly interested in innovative, high efficiency building techniques and is eager to continue learning about and implementing better building practises. Mark is a big believer in building truly sustainable homes with reduced (or eliminated) reliance on fossil fuels and doing so in realistic, functional, and elegant ways.

Isaac is a journeyman carpenter and has worked with The House Company since 2010. He apprenticed under his father, Graham, who was one of the previous owners of the business. Isaac values providing high quality craftsmanship, while prioritizing function and efficiency and fostering positive client relationships. Isaac is passionate about his work and enjoys coupling his technical carpentry skills with his creative mind to develop new ideas and solutions to problems.

David is one of the founding members of The House Company. Beyond his origins in the industry as a carpenter, he’s spent over 40 years developing and overseeing dozens of new homes and renovations and fostering a reputation for excellent customer relations and project execution. David maintains a part time position within the company to support Mark and Isaac in transitioning into ownership, as well as providing a wealth of knowledge and experience.
